The Boys' Brigade and Anchor Association for Girls have provided for the youth of Radcliffe for the last 60 years. We offer a fun, nurturing, Christian environment for children of all ages, and are committed to aiding youngsters with their mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Our evenings consist of games, craft, learning activities, and a lot of laughter.
We also offer free music tuition in our weekly band sessions, and provide leadership opportunities for our members appropriate to their age.
Subscription fees range between just £32 and £40 for the full year, depending on age. (Discounts for members who join part way through the year.)
We operate four nights per week during term time:
Anchor Section (boys and girls, 5-7): Mondays 6-7pm
Anchor Association (girls, 8+): Wednesdays 6:30-8pm
Junior Section (boys, 8+): Thursdays 6:30-8pm
Band and games night (open to all members): Fridays 7-9pm.
We meet at the Boys' Brigade hall on Main Road, next to the old Black Lion.
