Monthly service pattern

Due to Nottinghamshire being placed in Tier 4, Mark & the PCC have made the sad and difficult decision to cancel services in church on Sundays with immediate effect until the COVID situation improves.
We acknowledge and share the sadness many will feel at not being able to meet. We prayerfully and confidently look forward to the day when we can be together again.

In church: (Currently paused)

1st   Sunday      10.30 am     Holy Communion   We use the modern liturgy

3rd   Sunday       6.30 pm      Compline               A quiet, short service for the end of the day

4th   Sunday       6.30 pm      Evensong               A traditional service with hymns music

The main things to be aware of if coming to church at the moment:

  • Social distancing will be in place.
  • If you have been diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been asked to quarantine or self-isolate,  please stay at home.
  • Please use hand sanitiser on entry and exit.
  • You will be shown to a seat.
  • Face masks should be worn unless there is exemption.
  • We will ask for your details for Track & Trace

Anything else should be explained to you during the service!

Other practical points

We won't be serving refreshments before / after services, so you may wish to bring your own drink if needed.

The church toilet will only be available 'for emergencies'.
