St Mary's Radcliffe on Trent

Working in love to glorify God
and proclaim Jesus Christ as Saviour

Please pray this week for those people with considerable responsibilities, who say things without considering the consequences.  Pray also for those people who manipulate the naivety of such people for their own ends.  Lord we live in a world where we rely on the wisdom of those whom have been elected whether by fair means or foul.  We pray that this wisdom is for the benefit of the whole world and not just for the country of which the person expresses his or her views. In this uncertain world we pray that more people will genuinely turn to Christ and not their own strength which in the long term will come to nought.
